BIM is a project management method that facilitates information exchange based on a digital model. This data must be well-structured to ensure reliable information exchange at every project stage. • Building Owners. During construction or in the operational phase of the building, the building owner needs multiple pieces of information about their project. They are the information requester and must be able to clearly and structurally communicate their requirements to their partners.
